There are a number of factors to be reviewed to determine if your shingles need replacing including quality/age of existing shingles (over 15 years old), leaking, loose/missing/curling shingles, or weather (hail/wind damage). If your shingles are showing any of the above signs of aging/damage it would be best to call us and we can come out and do a free assessment and estimate. If you believe you have hail damage, you should contact your insurance adjuster who will come out and appraise the damage to your entire property. Then you can contact us with your adjuster’s contact information and claim number and we will provide you with an estimate.
For a free estimate you can either contact our office at (306) 586-1710 or request a quote online. Once the information is received, Our estimator will come out to your home and prepare the estimate based on the information provided. The estimate will be left at your home or emailed to you. If you have questions and would like to discuss the estimate you can contact the estimator or our office.
The estimate will specify the price and what is included in that price. Normally, there are some optional components that will be identified along with the costs for each one should you choose to add to the job. In some cases, these additional options may be recommended by our estimator, especially if you experienced issues with your roof in the past.
Contact our office to confirm you wish to go ahead with the work. We will then prepare the contract and once signed and returned to our office your job will be added to our work schedule. You will then have to pick a colour of shingle which can either be done at our office, our suppliers location, or online through the manufacturer’s website.
Our primary product lines include IKO, BP, and Owens Corning. If you are interested in a product not listed, please contact our office to discuss.
Upon completion of the job we will send out an invoice. Payment is due upon receipt of that invoice. We currently accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, or credit card (services fees apply).
