Many neighbors have stopped by to comment on my newly installed shingles. While they appreciate the aesthetic of the IKO Dynasty product they all comment on how good a job was done by the crew. They noticed how it was done in a day, when many smaller and less complex roofs in the neighborhood are taking 4 or more days to complete.
Sending out a full crew like that to complete the job in a single day is an amazing level of service that minimizes disruption to the home owners and goes an incredibly long way for customer satisfaction.
